If that information changes or proves inaccurate, the quote may be revised. That is normal in freight: a weight adjustment or a moved loading window changes the vehicle, the route or the timing.

Specific conditions are confirmed with each shipment. That means the agreed terms for your load, not a generic page, are what apply while goods are in transit.
